To offer pharmacy services to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes by increasing accessibility to specialty prescription medications, while providing safe, high quality patient care in an atmosphere of professionalism, respect, and effective communication.

Patient Rights and Responsibilities:

Please note that all patients must sign our Pharmacy Patient Rights and Responsibilities form when they’re making their first WU Pharmacy transaction.  You will be asked to sign this form when you’re in the office (one will be printed out for you to sign at that time).

 

Getting Started:

Simply turn in your written prescription to the pharmacy while at your appointment or make a verbal request to have your prescription filled at Willamette Urology via a telephone call.

Refills Made Easy:

You may call the office to request a refill OR utilize the Refill Reminder Program: Our office will call you to ensure you need a refill and go over any questions or concerns prior to refilling your prescription.

Cost:

Pharmacy staff will assist with any necessary prior authorizations, process insurance claims, and assist with copay assistance or funding through appropriate foundations if applicable.

Patient assistance

High out of pocket expenses block care to those who need it most. WU pharmacy staff will start the process of applying for co-pay assistance through various foundations.
